Hello, I'm Linda and I am the founder and owner of L4 Virtual Assistant, based in South Yorkshire. I support businesses in my local area and nationally around the UK.

How can I support you?

I am here to free up your time from the day to day activity that is vital to the running of your business but which you don't have time for and gets neglected.

If your Inbox is getting on top of you, nothing is organised, projects are running behind, invoices are not being sent or paid, documents are in disarray....I can take all of this off you. You only pay me for the hours I work for you.

I can help. I'll cleanse and structure your Inbox with relevant folders, sort your emails, throw out the rubbish and prioritise what you need to focus on.

I'll review your calendar, support you with client bookings, give you the space you need to focus on your business so that you have the time to get things done. I can also help with arranging travel and meetings.

Project Management

You have various projects on the go but can't see the wood for the trees!

I can support you with your smaller scale projects by reviewing your scope, producing project plans, monitoring milestones, creating risk and issues logs and monitoring your budget so that you stay on track.

I can produce updates for your clients and help to remove the project administration so that you can focus on producing the end result.

Document Management

You have documents on your Desktop, in the Recycle bin, even in the Pictures folder!

Organisation is my thing! Let me sort out your filing so it will be a thing of beauty.

Perfectly arranged folders and documents, you will be able to find what you need at your fingertips.

I can also create PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and databases, data input, create templates or produce surveys.
